No Limits Educational and Consulting Services LLC is a husband-and-wife team built on a combined lifetime of public education and community care service. We look at organizational development and human support through two distinct, complementary lenses. Michael directs the operational, technological, and capital infrastructure side for public agencies and contractors, while Melissa, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), leads the clinical, behavioral, and independent living programs for adults with developmental disabilities.
After spending decades working within school systems, vocational programs, and community support structures, we observed a persistent gap. Public agencies are often underserved by rigid, out-of-the-box corporate consultants, while families navigating adult disability services face fragmented, overly bureaucratic options. We founded No Limits to replace theoretical advice with real-world, practitioner-led solutions that protect budgets and respect individual dignity.
"Public entities deserve transparent, highly experienced partners to protect public funds and infrastructure. Concurrently, every individual with a developmental disability deserves access to well-designed environments, practical life skills instruction, and the precise behavioral support required to build a self-determined, autonomous life."
The regulatory landscape of Southern California is exceptionally rigorous. Whether navigating Proposition 2 matching funds, satisfying strict California Government Code 1090/FPPC conflict-of-interest mandates, or managing Regional Center frameworks like Paid Internship Programs (PIP), public compliance leaves no room for error. Our practices are intentionally grounded in these exact state rules, delivering an authoritative local expertise that out-of-state entities cannot replicate.
We do not assign your organizational milestones or your family's future to junior associates. You collaborate directly with the principals.
